Top national commercial construction firm HITT Contracting’s innovative headquarters represents a bold step to drive real change in the construction industry through sustainability, research and development, and partnership. Located on West Falls Station Boulevard in Falls Church, Virginia, the six-story, 270,000-square-foot building will serve as office space for the firm’s more than 900 local team members. The building will also be a hub for education and innovation in the built environment, with Virginia Tech leasing ground floor space for a Coalition for Smart Construction. Designed by Gensler, the net zero-ready building reflects HITT’s commitment to the environment and the well-being of its team members. The visionary building will embody HITT's commitment to pushing industry boundaries and fostering meaningful partnerships.
